PROGRAM DETAILS
Students empower themselves with real life skills. Each class is interesting and educational. There is a world of science behind technique that is often explained. Our program comes with very little downtime so be ready to train! Self-Defense, patterns, kicking, blocking, strengthening, stretch exercises, board-breaking, step-sparring and more are all part of this curriculum. The tenets of taekwondo and student oath are taught, encouraged and tested in class.  Students in this program are promoted approximately every 3-4 months, are eligible to compete in local tournaments that take place in Orlando, Ocala, Lake Mary and Disney's ESPN extremely popular, annual televised martial arts event.  Students may even tryout after 1st degree black belt for the U.S. ITF Taekwon-Do Team (ages 18-34 Adult, ages 13-17 Juniors, ages 35-49 Veterans).
CLASS SCHEDULE
Mondays and Thursdays 7:30pm-8:30pm
Saturdays 11:45am-1pm
Lil' Dragons are dismissed at 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays
Lil' Dragons are dismissed at 12:30pm on Saturdays
Brink a snack for your little one so that you may continue the class after Lil' Dragon dismissal.

PROGRAM COST
Y-Members:
Special Family Rate: $95/month

No Contracts.

Non-Y Members:

Special Family Rate: $180/month

No Contracts.

Family is up to four members per month.  If you are a family of five or more, please speak directly to Ms. Golino.

Uniform: $25, Sparring gear when ready (about 2 -3 months into training) Approximately $100. Belt Promotions: $10 each rank with the exception of 1st Degree Black Belt which is denoted by the Unified International Taekwon-Do Federation. Pine Boards for breaking $2 ea.
