WHY WOMEN IN THE ARTS?
Master Michelle Golino-Crisco decided early in 2019 to focus on women in the arts for her 2020 event. Women make up a huge population of our TKD families. Not only do we drive our children to/from class, prepare meals, wash doboks, work day jobs, we also eagerly donate valuable time volunteering for our schools. At times we can feel exhausted and under-appreciated.
For those of us that train - and for as many hours as we train - we rarely compete. Again we ensure our children have all they need. We arrive on-time, we observe, we support, we sit.
Women in the Arts are inspiring and courageous. We exemplify strength, beauty and grace. We should compete!
One of Master G.'s TKD moms arranged catered, fresh box lunches for this year's event to ease the burden for our TKD sister moms. Master G. has created a gallery of global TKD females for others to observe and celebrate during this event.
If you are a female TKD practitioner, you will enjoy 75% off the event registration fee. Compete! You are worthy and worth it. Shine! You deserve it. Empower! You are mighty.
