Our Director
Master G, Michelle Golino-Crisco is a 7th-degree black belt with over 40 years taekwondo expertise who has dedicated her life to empowering others. Her journey is more than martial arts; it's a testament to resilience and transformation. At age 50, she converted her life’s passion into a nonprofit.
Master Michelle Golino-Crisco is a Certified International Instructor, 2x World Champion and trauma survivor, turned trauma-trained professional. As one of 12 female, UITF Masters in 162 countries, her approach is a unique blend of expertise and empathy.
Master G holds multiple certifications by the founding Father of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, and one of his most trusted senior ranks, Grand Master Hwang Kwang Sung. World Class Taekwon-Do is sanctioned by the Unified International Taekwon-Do Federation.
